The mixing tank is driven by the hydraulic mechanism of the mixer body, and the tank is set at an inclined angle. The use of hydraulic torque converter reduces the impact on the engine and prolongs the life of the engine.
2. The hydraulic system adopts constant power variable piston pump to reduce the power loss of the engine.
3. The rotation of the mixing cylinder is driven by the hydraulic motor through the special planetary reducer, and the output shaft of the planetary reducer can achieve a certain angle of swing to meet the jumping of the mixing cylinder under bad road conditions.
4. Dry material feeding, according to the designed ratio by the shovel arm, moving arm cylinder, quantitative hopper automatic feeding.
5. The water feeding system can realize automatic water feeding according to the metering setting.
6. Double spiral blades are set on the inner wall of the mixing cylinder, forward rotation is for feeding and concrete mixing; reverse rotation, concrete is discharged from the outlet under the push of the spiral blades.
