The working principle of concrete pump truck: the power of the car engine is transmitted to the hydraulic pump through the transfer box, and then the concrete pump is driven to work, while the concrete conveyed is sent to a certain height and distance of the pouring place through the placing device on the boom system under the action of the concrete pump.
The limitations of the trailer pump are:
① The use must be piped on the building and the preparation workload is high;
② With the change of pouring position, the pipeline outlet must be moved manually constantly, which is very inconvenient;
③The trailer pump itself is very inconvenient to move, thus the trailer pump always works at a fixed location until the project is completed, and the equipment utilization rate of this working method is very low.
For these shortcomings of the trailer pump, in the 1970s, the development of a set of driving, pumping, fabric function in one of the concrete pump truck. Compared with the trailer pump, the pump truck has the following advantages:
① fabric with its own boom, which can open the boom for work soon after driving to the workplace, and is usually ready within half an hour;
②Equipped with hydraulic roll-folding boom, it can flexibly rotate within the working range, the fabric is convenient and fast, there is no dead corner, and the pumping speed of the pump truck is fast, usually at 90-150m3/h, with high working efficiency.
③High degree of automation, the whole truck can be operated by one person from pumping to fabric, and equipped with wireless remote control system, which is convenient to operate;
④Good mobility, it can be quickly transferred to another place to continue operation after the operation is completed in one place, high utilization rate of equipment, and can be responsible for pumping concrete in several places at the same time.
