Therefore, it is generally prohibited to drive when the tipper is lifting.
3. After unloading the goods, the tipper must take off the extractor before driving.
If this operation error occurs, when the tipper is travelling, due to the extractor is in the position of “engaging”, the lifting oil pump will be in the state of “small cycle” under the high speed and long time no load operation. Resulting in the hydraulic oil temperature rises very quickly, easy to cause damage to the oil pump oil seal, and even the occurrence of oil pump “burned to death” phenomenon; more serious is the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source, in the process of travelling carriages are prone to automatic lifting of accidents.
4. When driving the extractor can not be located in the “on” position.
If in the “on” state (red light on), the oil pump will continue to rotate, the hydraulic system has a power source, so it will be because of the misuse of the pneumatic control valve on the carriages caused by automatic lifting; At this time, even if the pneumatic control valve in the “down” position, the oil should be entered into the oil pump, which will make the oil pump burned out.
