2. Chassis maintenance

3. Daily Maintenance
Every day before operation, check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is up to the requirement and whether the water in the water tank is replenished. After operation, the vehicle should be cleaned and inspected, and the water inside the water tank should be emptied in time to avoid freezing the water tank in winter.

In addition, it is also necessary to regularly check the tightening of the bolts of the upper mount, regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil cartridge, and regularly lubricate the lubrication points of the upper mount transmission parts. Replace the hydraulic oil filter element every three months or 10,000 ㎞, and check whether the hydraulic oil is emulsified or not. Gear oil should be changed every year for reducers. Regular maintenance can effectively improve the service life of the hydraulic system of the top loader and ensure the attendance of the vehicle. Of course, it also reduces the maintenance cost and improves the efficiency.

4. Seasonal maintenance
Clean the fuel and lubrication system, and replace the fuel and lubricating oil to meet the seasonal requirements; ZLIN’s winter diesel fuel should be -20#. I will choose SAE10W-30 CF grade lubricant. In winter, we should also pay attention to put “cotton clothes” on the tank to prevent the concrete inside the tank from freezing during transport.

5. Storage maintenance
When the vehicle is not used for a long time, it should also be maintained. Mainly cleaning, washing, lubrication, protection and so on. The purpose is to prevent or reduce the storage period of a variety of harsh conditions on the machine to produce adverse effects, to ensure that the vehicle is often in a good state of readiness.
